Waste Oil Recycling Facility

Our Waste Oil Recycling Facility is mainly used for the reproduction of waste oil, including waste  lubricating oil , lubricating grease, hydraulic oil, gear oil, diesel oil, mixed oil.

It can effectively convert waste lubricating grease into diesel and base oil under high temperature pyrolysis conditions. In the distillation process, hydrocarbon molecules are broken down and a new oil is formed, by lining up with a new combination. During the distillation process, the liquid waste oil is converted into oil gas and then converted into liquid oil in the oil gas cooling system, resultingin  desired steady color diesel oil. This diesel oil can directly be used as fuel. This device can eliminate residues, asphalt, roughness, moisture, acid, carbon and oxide in waste lubrication grease. We have production in various capacities according to customer demand.
