Mobile refineries are travelling units designed to be used in local stations in today's technology, capable of refining crude oil in small capacities.
The products obtained from the processing of waste oil in mobile refineries are as follows:

Although the system functioning is not different from the fixed refinery, the refinery capacity can provide production up to 10,000 liters.

Refining
The process of refining waste oils and converting them into proper base oil or petroleum products in accordance with national or international specifications is called refining. Briefly, refining can be defined as the process of separating all the undesirable elements contained in crude oil from the oil.
1 ) Dehydration;
It is the separation of waste oil into its fractions by evaporation with high temperature and vacuuming process.
2 ) Asphalt Phase Separation;
It is the process of separating the asphalt, remaining at the bottom, from the oil, by carbonizing the additives that provide the composition of the mineral oil under high vacuum.
3) Fractionation
It is the process of removing the product from different outlets of the vacuum reactor by taking advantage of the difference in the boiling degrees of the base oil, separated from the asphalt phase in the vacuum reactor, under high heat and vacuum.
